Where are my files?
Your PDFs are emailed to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes, from support@quietdaysprintables.com. Look for the subject line "Welcome to Quiet Days: your files". The PDFs are attached to that email. If you don't see it, check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folder.
Still nothing after 30 minutes? Email support@quietdaysprintables.com with your order number and we'll send your files again.
How to print
- Open the PDF and choose Actual size or 100% scale (not "Fit to page").
- Use US Letter paper (8.5 × 11 in). Black-and-white printing works for every page.
- Print one page at a time, or the whole file. You can print it again as often as you need for your family or one classroom.
On a phone or tablet?
Save the PDF to Files (iPhone and iPad) or Downloads (Android). From there you can print to a wireless printer or send it to a computer.
Something not right?
A page that didn't print well or was confusing? Reply to the email with your files, or write to support@quietdaysprintables.com, and tell us. Not the right fit? Email us within 30 days of your order for a full refund.
